Travelling back to Chenzhou after such a wonderful week of sun and tropical living. It was a long, harrowing journey from Sanya, at the southern end of Hainan to Chenzhou--in all 24 hours on the bus, but it was totally worth every minute.

One of the main things that makes such a trip so harrowing--huge trucks and buses just randomly passing each other at 120km an hour.











Sunset in Haikou on the 2 hour ferry ride back from the island to the mainland. Lili was a little sick throughout this leg as there were thousands of filthy Chinese people on the ferry, spitting, smoking and pissing everywhere. Sorry folks, no pictures...
